Why use a decorator for something I could do myself?
For a large majority of the population decorating can be seen as a hobby or to some a chore. When would my property be viewed for the estimate?
Once the initial phone call is made to myself your property’s location address and contact details are recorded. Then we arrange a date and time for the estimate to take place at your covenience. The majority of estimates take place at evening times working round other commitments such as dinner or putting the children to bed.

What happens if there is accidental damage to my property carpets etc.
Mint Décor is a fully insured company and carries £1,000,000 pound public liability insurance, so if any damage is done by any employee the item will be replaced through the insurance, but this situation very rarely occurs.

Do I have to supply and buy the materials?
The materials to complete the job shall be included within the estimate and brought by me unless otherwise requested. Finish paper is normally supplied by you enabling you to choose your design I will advise you regarding how many rolls will be required.

How long will I have to wait for the work to start once I accept your estimate?
A pipeline of work is on average about two to three months, but special circumstances can be met if needs be and a date will be set. I believe my company is booked up for a reason, if someone can do the job tomorrow you have to ask your self why.

When does the payment need to be made for your services?
No payment shall need to be made until all work is complete and you are happy with the final product.
