I like to offer an excellent service from the moment a call is made by you the client regarding interior or exterior decorating work to be carried out on your home or business. The details of your property address are recorded, and a short description is requested explaining the operations of work to take place. After these details have been exchanged a convenient time and date for you is allocated. During the estimate I am always thorough in my explanation in all I intend to do is, making sure we are both clear and completely happy with the work I am going to carry out. All my clients receive a typed estimate clearly laid out explaining my operations of work the materials I am going to use, and the total labour and materials cost. A start date and time is not confirmed until my clients make a return call.  |

On arrival of the start date I attend promptly with a clean and tidy image explaining my plans for the day. My priorities are to keep my work area tidy and to go throughout my day to be as discrete as possible. Close contact is kept throughout the work explaining all actions and answering any questions you may have. On completion of the work my clients are asked to compile a snagging list asking me to iron out any needed modifications and no payment is made until my clients are completely satisfied. A full typed invoice is presented and left for my clients to settle as and when they please. I myself am NVQ Level 2 City and Guilds qualified and insured to undertake all aspects of painting and decorating. I pride my business on getting a large majority of my work through recommendation always happy to provide references.
