The majority of home owners are very protective over there homes and have a right to be and I believe one of the biggest concerns is allowing a stranger to be welcomed into their homes and their lives. The fact is that Mint Décor who are established within the local community are never going to be far away and work has been carried out most likely no further than a mile from your property. The way I see the service is you are still buying a product, the product of Mint Décor, the same as you were if you where on the high street. |

| The difference is the individual feels more comfortable with buying from a high street because if there is a problem they can take the product back our complain to the very top about the service. I like to think Mint Décor is the same because we are established locally and associated with many different organisations and providing a bad service is not a option for us or my company. Giving the consumer reassurance that Mint Décor will be here to stay in your community for many years to come is important to us.
